Welcome to Nova Direct Primary Care located in Grand Rapids, MI!
We are accepting new patients. As a Direct Primary Care (DPC) practice we do not accept insurance for our services, though one of our goals is to lower the price of health care for our patients. If you are interested in seeing how we may be able to lower your costs, please reach out!
In a nut shell, DPC is a way for patients to save money while having easy and fast access to THEIR physician. Primary care includes all of the things you normally see your doctor for, including: physicals, well child exam, chronic conditions (diabetes, high blood pressure, weight loss, sexual health, just to list a few). Many times acute visits (cough, cold, ear ache, rash) get sent to urgent cares or emergency rooms, but with DPC we take care of those instead! When we do see you we have the advantage of longer office visits, or often times we can provide care over phone calls, text messages, or video chat. Individual Option:
0-17 years old*: $29/month per individual
*must have at least one guardian with membership
18-49 years old: $59/month per individual
50+ years old: $79/month per individual
Individual options have a one-time, nonrefundable $75 per individual enrollment fee
Family Option:
2+ adults: each adult receives $9 discount per month.
Family options have a one-time, nonrefundable $75 enrollment fee per family.
College Option (undergraduate or graduate):

The map below is to our office. If you are coming from I-96 turn in as if going to the Shell gas station and are in the 4081 building that will be on your right on the side facing the University of Michigan Health – West building. There is a Dr. Sova on the Cascade side of the building, but we are Nova on the other side.
If you are coming from the west/other direction on Cascade we recommend turning left onto Cascade W Parkway SE (first traffic light when nearing East Paris, before the building with Jimmy John’s), then right onto the small road into the University of Michigan Health – West parking lot. The road will go around the parking lot and will lead to the Shell gas station. Our office is on the highway side of the Shell gas station. You can either go through the University of Michigan Health – West parking lot or through the Shell station parking lot to get to our building.
If you are coming from East Paris Ave we recommend turning left onto Cascade Rd, then right at the next light onto Cascade W Parkway SE, and then as above through the University of Michigan Health – West parking lot.
